Agent Buddy Training Switch

Side-by-side training is a key ingredient of any call centre training programme. This has just got easier with the introduction of a small headset adaptor; the Agent Buddy Training Switch. There are two separate mute buttons which allow either the trainer or advisor to join or leave the conversation anytime they want. It will work with most telephones and is compatible with other brands including Jabra, Plantronics and Sennheiser.
